A little bit about me...
My Name is Matthew Fuemmeler, I grew up in the north valley of Albuquerque NM. I sometimes feel that I know everyone in town, you see I used to own a restaurant but before that I owned a Food truck. It made national news at the time, when Food trucks were all the rage. It was half food truck and half dinner on wheels I was featured on podcasts and in local news a lot. I met a lot of people and even catered Breaking Bad. I built the restaurant right smack dab in the center of downtown, the downtown area was going through some major changes and I like to feel that I created an anchor business there.
Prior to that I was traveling, through Central America and parts of South America. right after collage. I graduated Cum laude and as a member of the national dean list, and national collagen honors society form the University of New Mexico with a BA in Exercise Science. I always joke that it's a BA in something a lot of people can't even spell (ha ha ). I guess that's why I love all type of exercise, I mean that's why I got into that field to begin with. I love to ride Mountain bikes and running is my biggest passion a side from Real Estate that is. I have recently got into swimming and have been getting quit good at it, I think I'm a triple treat at this point. You can always find me somewhere in the bosque running or riding or walking my two boxers with my lovely wife. Im a fierce family man, Family is kinda everything to me. My dad is my inspiration, for how to treat people and how to speak kindly and compassionately to others. My mom is my inspiration for business, when I was born she started a school in our living room. It grew of course and is now a very well know school in the Albuqueruqe area, she retired and now the schools is a charter and open the public.
All these things make me a fierce negotiator and community man. I use the skills I learned in the restaurant business to work with a verity of personalities and remain goal driven and focused, you can't be a cook without focus. I use the skills I learned form exercise science to have the stamina and determination to see things through to the end and to excel with the documentation. and I use the skills from my family life to remember why I do what I do, to help folks and build community.
